1. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • For manufacturing defects or size issues, we offer exchanges with the customer covering the shipping cost.

  • For returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on your location within Egypt. The delivery time may vary based on the region and courier availability.
